Ingredients:
- Happy happy Chocolate biscuits - pack of 4
- Milk - half cup
- Eno - 1 small teaspoon
- Sugar powder - 2 big tablespoon
- Chopped almonds and ganache for frosting (optional)
Preparation:
- Preheat oven @180 degree celcius and prepare pan for baking by grasing it oil or butter
- Take a mixer jar and add sugar and biscuits make fine powder of it
- Add milk gradually and make smooth batter
- Once everything is mixed and there are no lumps add eno and whisk vigorously . Don't over mix. Your batter will bloom
- Pour mixture in pan and bake for 20-25 min
- Remove cake only when it is cooled completely
Note:
- You can also bake this cake in kadhai. Just place wire ring in it, cover it and preheat on medium flame. Bake for 25-30 min on medium low flame.
- To check whether cake is baked insert knife or toothpick and if it comes out clean your cake is baked. If batter sticks to it then bake for another 5 minutes
- Always check before 5 minutes then stated time as everyone has different oven and settings
